I had high hopes for this stay, especially since I've been here before with great experiences. Unfortunately, my latest visit was disappointing. While the setting and amenities are appealing, the level of service and dining left much to be desired. I appreciated the room's rustic charm, but overall, it felt like the value didn't match the price anymore.

The rooms were clean, but noisy heaters disrupted my sleep. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the restaurant’s service wasn't great, and I faced several issues during my stay, particularly with the spa.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious and newly decorated, the dining experience left a lot to be desired with limited food options and inconsistency. The service was friendly, but I noticed some lapses in attentiveness, which was disappointing. The location was decent for accessing the area’s activities, but be aware of the potential for issues if visiting during busy times.

We recently stayed here during a trip to Zion, and overall, we had a lovely time. The hotel boasts great cleanliness and excellent service, with staff eager to help. However, the dining experience was disappointing, particularly at the hotel restaurant, which wasn't worth the high prices. While the rooms were generally spacious and inviting, the mattresses left something to be desired.

8.4/10

I recently stayed at this hotel in Brian Head, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The rustic lodge feel really added charm to my visit, and the location was perfect for easy access to ski slopes. I did find that the breakfast options were a bit pricey and not as extensive as I hoped. Overall, the amenities were fantastic, especially the pool area after a long day on the slopes, but I wish the dining prices were more transparent.
