Brian Head Lodge, Brian Head

I had high hopes for this stay, especially since I've been here before with great experiences. Unfortunately, my latest visit was disappointing. While the setting and amenities are appealing, the level of service and dining left much to be desired. I appreciated the room's rustic charm, but overall, it felt like the value didn't match the price anymore.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was excellent for skiing, the dining options were very limited and the overall facilities left much to be desired. The rooms were clean, but noisy heaters disrupted my sleep. I appreciated the friendly staff, but the restaurant’s service wasn't great, and I faced several issues during my stay, particularly with the spa.

However, the dining experience was disappointing, particularly at the hotel restaurant, which wasn't worth the high prices. While the rooms were generally spacious and inviting, the mattresses left something to be desired.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Brian Head, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The rustic lodge feel really added charm to my visit, and the location was perfect for easy access to ski slopes. I did find that the breakfast options were a bit pricey and not as extensive as I hoped. Overall, the amenities were fantastic, especially the pool area after a long day on the slopes, but I wish the dining prices were more transparent.
